The goal of this conference was to gain a better understanding of transnational exchanges between the German-speaking world and the rest of the world in the fields of linguistics and philology. The period under consideration stretched from the 16th century to the 20th.

Location, dates and instructions for authors

The conference took place in Paris, in the premises of Ecole Normale Supérieure (rue d'Ulm), from January 25 to 27 2018. 

The languages of the conference were English, French and German.
